How to repro:

1. Set a breakpoint somewhere where there will be a call stack that takes up the entire call stack bar so there is a scroll view (50 frames or so)
2. Refresh the page and hit the breakpoint
2. click some call frame down the list maybe 4-5 frames down
3. The frame will scroll off the top of the call stack view and the mouse will no longer be over the item that was just pressed.

This can be frustrating and confusing.
