iOS tests intermittently fail due to booting multiple simulators in parallel

We increased the delay to 2s in <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/197830> but tests are still failing sometimes due to dialogs stating: "You are opening the application ”Simulator6” for the first time.  Are you sure you want to open this application?”
