Sorry, I'm kind of new to working with WebKit myself and can't offer any good suggestions for this. All I can say is that I would suggest starting with doing a search on Bugzilla for open bugs that are assigned to webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org (e.g. unassigned bugs). I would also suggest sorting the result list by the date and then ignoring most of the bugs that are over about two years old because many of the older bugs may have been fixed by now and if they weren't you may still have a difficult time testing those bugs because of outdated information.

Same here, it is a beast. I think the Windows Cairo port may be one of the most difficult to build but it is improving.
