[Demonstration] Proportional CJK Punctuation Overlapping Bug

Webkit Version: WebKit-SVN-r197678
Safari Version: The most recent developer preview of OS X 10.11.4 and iOS 9.3 (as when WebKit-SVN-r197678 was released).

Suppose that you prepare the following text (in Hiragino Kaku Gothic ProN or Source Han Sans) with its underlined parts "not underlined but actually an URL link", you will see some glyphs overlapped together if 'palt' is enabled:

"實驗《昔の物語》第二回。"
