Confirmed that it's still the case.

Tested again on:
Safari (Desktop OSX 10.11.4, Safari 9.1) - 18 tests failed
Safari (Desktop OSX 10.11.5, Safari 9.1.1) - 18 tests failed
Mobile Safari (iOS 9.3.2) 18 tests failed
