Patch

Several MathML tests are currently skipped on iOS and Mac because

1) Appropriate math fonts are not pre-installed on the systems (or even just on bots)

2) These fonts are not whitelisted.

I'm opening this for the record and also to upload and publish an old patch, but it's really something that is up to Apple to address it or not.
