Fully contained example of bug

Frames of HTMLVideoElement remain black if there is no video track selected and then one is subsequently selected.

I've only tested this on an iPhone.

To Reproduce:
1. Open attached bug.html
2. Press the disable track button
3. Press the enable track button

Expected Behavior:
Frames of video should re-appear upon a video track being selected.

Actual Behavior:
Frames of video remain black. They can be seen again by refreshing the page or by any of the following (that I've found so far):
- Return to the home screen and re-open MobileSafari
- Opening and closing bookmarks
- Locking the iPhone and re-opening the app
