Skipping a test that breaks subsequent tests is fair. Of course, it should only be done on platforms that are affected.

FWIW, fast/history/page-cache-geolocation-active-oneshot.html is skipped on iOS as flaky/timing out. So iOS may be affected too, or this may be a separate issue.
