* STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open Web Inspector on <www.apple.com/>
2. Click "Styles - Rules"
3. Click "Classes" next to the filter bar on the bottom of the Styles sidebar
4. With the class toggle menu open, switch to a different node (try this a few times)

* ACTUAL:
The "+" button for adding a new class flashes very briefly.  I think this has to do with the fact that it is being removed and re-added each time the class toggle menu is repopulated.
