WebKit-SVN-r197228 not support to Mac OS X 10.11.4 Public Beta 4 because in nightly webkit website display update webkit.

I decide to display this banner to "A new nightly build of WebKit is available! Please take a moment to download and install it before continuing your testing." in http://nightly.webkit.org/start/ although installed webkit nightly latest version (I have same problem as https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=149748).
