New test case was added by http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/196850 ,
but it fails on EFL ARM(v7) buildbots with this diff:
-PASS Infinity.toLocaleString() is "∞"
+FAIL Infinity.toLocaleString() should be ∞. Was INF.
