ASSERT in NetworkLoad::NetworkLoad running layout tests with WKTR

The ASSERT is:
ASSERT(SessionTracker::storageSession(parameters.sessionID));

100% reproducible for me locally running storage/indexeddb tests (though I am enabling Modern IDB first)
