I can confirm this IS REPRODUCIBLE with WebKitGtk+ from my own JHBuild setting:
https://github.com/tanty/jhbuild-epiphany/tree/master

WebKit 2.10.7, using MiniBrowser, and passing the CMake arg: -DUSE_REDIRECTED_XCOMPOSITE_WINDOW=OFF
