[SCREENSHOT] getting pushed out

Steps to reproduce:

1. Dock inspector to the right
2. Make it narrow

Results:

Other items in the navigation bar push out the sidebar collapse button.

Expected:

It should have priority over all other navigation items, as there is no other UI to close the sidebar (which you would need to do when the window is very narrow).
