screan shot of application cache increase prompt

When downloading content to the offline application cache Safari will prompt to increase storage up to 50 mb. When you choose to accept Safari will crash, and it is not possible to increase the storage limit to be greater then the out of the box 9mb.

I tried it out with this page on multiple iOS devices with iOS 10 - 10.1.1.

Everything worked perfect until iOS update 10
