console from media upload attempt

For a couple of releases I have been unable to upload media (images) to twitter using Epiphany. The current webkitgtk version is 2.14.1-2 (as bundled by Fedora).

It is unclear to me if this is a webkitgtk problem or WebKit core (or twitter).

I've attached a screenshot of the inspector console when trying to post with media upload.
