For consistency with SVG and HTML, we may want to map fallbackInterfaceName to a MathMLUnknownElement class and (like SVG) ensure that they do not create any renderer. This would catch content MathML elements, unknown elements in MathML namespace or registered custom tag elements in MathML namespace.
