EWS queue status page (e.g.: http://queues.webkit.org/queue-status/ios-ews) contains a large number of messages about "Starting queue" and "Stopping queue" (sometimes over 70% of page is filled with these messages). Since we have limited number of messages displayed on these webpages, these messages prevent previous useful messages about patch processing from showing up. We should consider removing these messages from queue status page.
