Many tests are marked to [Failure] under LayoutTests/svg/. All ports, except ios-simulator, have their own platform results for these tests. Get rid of the non-platform expected results under LayoutTests/svg/ and add new iOS expected results under LayoutTests/platform/ios-simulator/svg/.
