            Bug ID: 157243
Summary: Bouncy scroll uses wrong background
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari Technology Preview
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: annevk at annevk.nl

On https://annevankesteren.nl/ I get the body element background color when I scroll up or down past the boundary rather than that of the html element. (Chrome seems to do this correctly, Firefox doesn't have this feature.)
