1. Open iOS 9.3.1 Safari with iPad (e.g iPad Pro 9,7 inch)
2. See top left (Webkit icon)
3. Scroll down
4. Now comes Webkit icon with so blur effect tab
5. Scroll up
6. Now comes big Webkit icon
7. In this moment is so ugly (Hide on/off is not beatiful)


So animation as pinch to zoom the icon is better.
