STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

 * Go to some page with multiple cookie domains, like gizmodo.
 * Go to storage tab, select one cookie view from the left sidebar.
 * Reload the page

EXPECTED:

 * the same view should be re-selected and displayed again after reload.

ACTUAL:

 * some other view is selected, often the singleton local storage view.
