This includes:
-Removing the legacy/* directory
-Removing the layer of inheritance between the abstract "IDBFoo" and "IDBFooImpl" objects
-Doing a sweep of Deprecated::ScriptValue to JSValue replacement in those IDBFoo interfaces
-Probably other stuff
