            Bug ID: 150814
           Summary: hasOverflowClip() does not necessarily mean valid
                    layer().
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: zalan at apple.com

Since requiresLayer() can be overwritten, any renderer subclass can just simply return false even when overflow clip is present.
