Steps to reproduce:
1. mouse down on an element with a custom cursor
2. move(drag) out of the browser window.
3. move(drag) back on the initial element.
try it here : http://pointvirgule.github.io/demo-cursor/
Actual results:
When the cursor changes to resize (in the windows corners) on a drag motion in the windows corners, it does not ALWAYS comes back to the given custom value.
Expected results:
The custom cursor value should be shown again.
