When clicked on first bottom then top and bottom glitch appear

in our webpage we use jQuery selectors and in all browsers expect safari it works fine. This is our page http://exponex.justmighty.cz/kdo-jsme/timeline/ you can reproduce bug click first bottom block then first top and then second bottom. I tried nightly version WebKit r182135 was built on 30 March 2015. There is little fix but date is still missing: https://i.imgur.com/rKzbw4j.png.
