The fast/images/animated-gif-body-outside-viewport.html layout test is timing out on GTK+ since r177265 (https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/r177265).

This revision updates the test to use shouldBecomeEqual() instead of a setTimeout() + shouldBe(). The test was failing before that.
