It seems libsoup 2.49.91 doesn't build in 32 bit, so the 32 bit bot is currently broken. I've filed a bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=745509. Once it's fixed we can just land a follow up patch to use the new revision in our jhbuild.
