The problem gets fixed after running:

$ sudo apt-get install libgstreamer1.0-dev libgstreamer-plugins-base1.0-dev

So, I'm not sure if we need to add that libraries to the script Tools/gtk/install-dependencies or improve the CMake error checking for this libraries.
