STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Recording some stuff in a timeline
2. Select some interval in the timeline
3. Mouse down on one of the grabbers in the ruler
4. Mouse move to move the grabber
5. Mouse up to finish adjusting

For the entirety of step 4, the cursor should change to the vertical resizer >|<. Currently, it will jitter between 'cursor: default' and the resizer cursor. This would suggest that the glass pane hack isn't working correctly.
