When running `webkit-patch upload -g HEAD --request-commit 143967` from the WebKit/Tools/Scripts/webkitpy directory, webkit-patch did not add my ChangeLog in WebKit/Tools from my previous commit. I can only assume it appeared to be looking in the root of WebKit instead of WebKit/Tools, which is why my ChangeLog was not included in my patch.
