The following JSC stress tests are skipped on Windows because they fail. They should be reviewed and fixed (or documented as being non-applicable to the port).
* tests/mozilla/mozilla-tests.yaml: Skipped on Windows.
* tests/stress/ftl-arithcos.js: Skipped on Windows.
