* SUMMARY
Poor UI for selected and disabled BreakpointTreeElement - not enough contrast. See attached screenshot.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect a page
2. Open Debugger sidebar
3. Select and disable the All Exceptions breakpoint
  => difficult to see the breakpoint icon
