the Style Rules section
Classification: Unclassified

OS: All

Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: Web Inspector

* SUMMARY
Do not style implicit CSS properties in the Style Rules section. The meaning of "implicit" here confusing here (RE: "margin:5px"), and transparency is overloaded to mean two things "not-inherited" and "implicit". Lets simplify:
- in the Rules section - transparency means a non-inheritable property in an inherited section
- in the Computed section - transparency means an implicit value
