* SUMMARY
Start Timeline Recording in develop menu can get into invalid state. This occurs when a recording is started from the develop menu, and stopped from the Inspector, or vice versa.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a Timeline recording from the develop menu
2. Stop the recording from the Inspector
3. Open Develop menu
  => Develop menu item reads "Stop Timeline Recording", even though capturing has stopped.
