[Image] Tiny console prompt

A feedback from https://twitter.com/glenmaddern. He often uses Web Inspector docked to right.

The console prompt becomes too narrow when sidebars are expanded.

It also feels like the split console is a subview of the content view, the one in the middle, but it's not. It's a thing on its own, and it should span all the way from left to right.
