Confirmed that WebKitTestRunner doesn't bring back the window if a preceding test calls testRunner.setPageVisibility("hidden") without a subsequent testRunner.resetPageVisibility() or testRunner.setPageVisibility("visible").

I couldn't find any direct evidence of this being the culprit in this case yet, but it seems like it has to be.
