Update based on review (fixed iOS/GTK build take 3)

Fixed errors based on review.
Removed several EditCommand subclasses.
Added storage for m_applyEditType to EditCommand, made unapplyEditType a calculated property, got rid of applyIntent() and unapplyIntent() in favor of building the intent where it's handed off to selection.
