            Bug ID: 138026
Summary: Rename Color::hasAlpha() to something more accurate
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: mmaxfield at apple.com

The function tests if the color is not opaque. Naively, I would expect a color with 255 alpha to "have alpha;" therefore the name is confusing.
