Summary: Manipulate Timezone During Test Runs
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Tools / Tests
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: bfulgham at webkit.org

We should be able to confirm that our date functions work properly for all time zones. Right now, we get this coverage by running tests all year long -- which means we are sometimes in "Daylight Savings Time", and other times in "Standard Time".

This is good, but it would be better if each test run could place the machine into the appropriate mode to test both times of year, rather than waiting 6 months to see if something broke.
