Test that clipPath, mask, filter, gradients and patterns ignore failing conditionals

Open the attached file and compare it with the expected. The clipPath, mask and patterns are not ignoring failing conditionals.

NOTE: The attached file is an imported test from Mozilla SVG test suite.
