This has the same underlying issue as #126597 , I think.

I'm getting the same thing; Console.app is filled with errors like:

06/05/2014 18:10:47.219 secd[286]:  securityd_xpc_dictionary_handler SafariForWebKitD[23983] copy_matching The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -34018 - client has neither application-identifier nor keychain-access-groups entitlements)

(OSStatus error -34018 - Remote error : The operation couldn‚Äôt be completed. (OSStatus error -34018 - client has neither application-identifier nor keychain-access-groups entitlements))

I thought it might be an auto-update problem but a fresh download from http://nightly.webkit.org has the same issue.  No passwords are saved or populated from keychain.  Irritating enough that I'm not using the nightlies for now...
