AX: axObject->parentObjectUnignored() does not return a node for images and inputs 

Many example elements in LayoutTests/inspector-protocol/dom/getAccessibilityPropertiesForNode.html demonstrate this problem, which is blocking part the functionality being added for bug 129943.
