Right now when we enter a probe expression that results in an exception (say, it's gibberish), the probe details sidebar shows an Object disclosure UI. This makes it hard to tell that an exception was thrown, because probe expressions that log objects show up the same way.

A different UI could be to highlight the cell with a red background, and add text that shows a popover with the exception details on hover.
