A few things we have noticed when debugging:

* Reloading home.nest.com with the thermostat SVG already at scale there is no issue, it is only when zoomed up from the icon size that we get a blurry render (Could it be that the SVG is rasterized at the original size and not recomputed on zoom?)

*  Reduction to just zoom does not reproduce issue: http://jsfiddle.net/gzGyV/1/
