Summary: Pseudo-elements cannot be resized with css3-ui
                    `resize` property
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
               URL: http://result.dabblet.com/gist/ab432c3f6a8f672cd077
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.9
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: lea at w3.org
                CC: simon.fraser at apple.com

Although a resize handle is shown, the pink pseudo-element in the testcase above cannot actually be resized.

css3-ui states that the resize property applies to “elements with ‘overflow’ other than visible”, which includes pseudo-elements.
