Add --cmakeargs option to Tools/Scripts/build-jsc like in Tools/Scripts/build-webkit.
Add possibility of passing parameters to build-jsc by environment variable, because of able to make ARM cross-compile builds with build-jsc.  Related to http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/54548
