Reduced test case

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached test_case.html.

What is the expected result?
The SVG elements (blue borders) should be wholly contained within the table cells (red borders).

What happens instead?
The wide SVG element (blue border) extends outside its containing table cell (red border).

Will attache screenshots of WebKit rendering and Firefox rendering.

       Safari 6: FAIL on 6.0.5 (7536.30.1)
       Opera 12: OK on 12.13
       Opera 16: FAIL on 16.0.1196.73
     Firefox 20: OK on 25 (beta)
    IE 7/8/9/10: OK on IE 10, IE 10 simulating IE 9, and IE 10 simulating IE 8
OS X Quick Look: OK on 10.7.5
