Safari 5.1.7 for Windows

Bug is reproduced on Webkit WinCairo, git hash 898883233d003a4225396a082fc45222924c3a79. Also reproduced in Safari 5.1.7 for Windows, partially reproduced in Qupzilla browser based on QtWebkit and Qt 4.8.5. On screenshots entire page content is selected but selection is displayed incorrect after scrolling.
