Summary: [CSS Masking/Background] Position property should be
                    ignored when using repeat: space
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Unspecified
        OS/Version: Unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: CSS
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: parvu at adobe.com
CC: krit at webkit.org, WebkitBugTracker at adobe.com

As the spec [1] says, background/mask-position property should be ignored when using repeat: space, if there are at least two copies of the image on a direction. If there is not enough space for two copies, only one should be drawn, and background/mask-position should determine its position.
